Me and my wife have an investment property which we use as a rental. It's located in La Jolla, California. There's currently people living in the home renting it out but that time has come to get a loan modification because we would like to lower our monthly p;ayments. Until the lease is up in 7 months, we can't do anything about it. Is it possible to get a loan modification on a Wells Fargo mortgage with people renting out the house. What complications will there be?
